Tasting notes: This single vintage Blaufränkisch from Spitzerberg is a genuine reflection of its terroir, offering a rich and layered profile. It showcases an sedictive mix of dark fruits, spices, plack pepper and a subtle touch of smokiness. With a medium-bodied structure, high acidity, smooth tannins, leading to a refined, lingering finish.
This wine as a great aging potential.

About the producer:
Down to Earth - this is how Michaela Riedmüller describes her natural wines.

The Riedmüller family winery is located in the centre of the medieval town of Hainburg (Austria). The vineyards are located in the vineyards of Braunsberg, where there is a magnificent view of the city of Bratislava (Slovakia) and its surroundings. Michaela journey began when she was just 19 years old and faced the decision of what to do with the family business when her parents retired. It quickly became clear: the agricultural land would be leased out, the focus would be on the seven hectare winery. Today, after 13 years, the 34-year-old winemaker can look back on several milestones. She has found her own style of making wines, become well established in Austria and has received numerous accolades. She is the new star in the Austrian wine sky!
