Tasting notes:
Aromas of red fruits and flowers, roses, peonies, red currant, slightly smoky with a nice tension. Very good structure and an appreciable aromatic length. To drink with poultry, duck, grilled red meat, or a good cured ham.
 

About the producer:

Louis Chenu bought the first vineyard in Savigny-les-Beaune in 1914. His great-granddaughters, Juliette and Caroline, have collaborated for many years to enhance and perfect the quality of the wines. They understand the crucial role of preserving the vineyard's ecosystem, a dedication that is clearly reflected in the exceptional quality of their wines.
