Location: Terrasse du Larzac, Languedoc, France

Tasting notes:

Crafted from the juiciest grapes, this cuvée features a different variety each year. This year, we’re showcasing a delightful Cinsault with a light body and refreshing, juicy profile. Its well-balanced acidity, velvety and fruit intensity make it exceptionally approachable.

With just an 8-day maceration, it results in a smooth, low-tannin red that pairs beautifully with cold cuts, poultry, or vegan dishes.

About the producer:

Anne Laure Sicard completed her first harvest in 2016, but she's far from a novice. After earning her degree in oenology in Montpellier, she gained experience at Château Latour and traveled the world as a winemaker, working in Spain, Australia, Canada, Uruguay, and Argentina. Upon returning to Languedoc, she took over 9 hectares of vineyards situated at 450 meters above sea level, on the northern edge of Terrasses du Larzac. This inspired the name of her domaine, Mas Lasta, means in Occitan "the last vines."
