Tasting notes: It is a gourmet wine, with beautiful notes of red fruits and spices, slightly peppery. On the palate, the light tannins offer great finesse, a light and chiseled texture. It will go perfectly with grilled meats, poultry, fish and fresh cheeses.
About the producer:
More than a decade ago, Bérengère and Éric moved to Jura in search of new opportunities to cultivate and produce their own wine—possibilities they couldn’t find in Éric’s native Alsace. They embarked on their winemaking journey in 2009, starting with 2.8 hectares of organically farmed vineyards. Their focus is on traditional Jura varieties, including Chardonnay, Savagnin, and Pinot Noir. For the Thill family, the top priority is to ensure the harvest of healthy, fully ripe grapes.
