Taste of small red fruits, raspberries, morello cherries, it has roundness under a solid structure, delicate and fleshy, it is enhanced by a fine tannic structure. It goes well with hot starters, roast poultry, or a meat risotto. Simply with a good ham.
About the producer:
Louis Chenu bought the first vineyard in Savigny-les-Beaune in 1914. His great-granddaughters, Juliette and Caroline, have collaborated for many years to enhance and perfect the quality of the wines. They understand the crucial role of preserving the vineyard's ecosystem, a dedication that is clearly reflected in the exceptional quality of their wines.
